Minutes 

Members present:  Marion Askegaard, Marilyn Guy, Betty Larson, Jasi O’Connor, Kay Schneider, Linda Scott, Haimeng Zhang

 

  1. Welcome to Linda Scott from the Nursing department, our newest member.

 

  1. There will be no meeting on November 18th due to registration. 

 

  1. Reviewed drafts of departmental responses for art, CSTA (communication studies only), education, French, FNS, Health/Physical Education, music, Principia, and psychology.  Comments were shared and updates will be made.  Updated drafts will be sent electronically to Kay.

 

  1. The remaining drafts will be shared via email prior to our next meeting.  Please share whatever your are able to get done between now and Nov. 11.  Drafts can then be reviewed before the meeting so that we are prepared to share comments and suggestions.

 

  1. Two additional reports have been distributed:  biology and religion.  Marilyn and Linda volunteered to work together to draft responses for these departments.

 

  1. Our next meeting will be held Nov. 11 at 8:30 a.m. in Jones 366 (please note the location change).
