Charge: Hears and acts on appeals by faculty involving
dismissal for cause. The faculty member must have had an opportunity
for a hearing before either a college officer or the Promotion, Tenure
and Evaluation Committee prior to appealing to the Faculty Appeals
Board. Decisions of the Appeal Board may be appealed to the president.
Decisions of the president may be appealed to the Board of Regents.
