QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Nominee must be an alumna/us of Concordia College.
2. Nominee shall demonstrate outstanding vocational achievement or service to community, church and/or Concordia.
3. Through service and leadership, the nominee shall exemplify the ideals of Concordia College, including its emphasis on the Christian life.
4. If the nominee is deceased, nomination must be made within two years of nominee's death.
5. If the nominee is deceased he/she will be removed from consideration as a recipient five years after their death.
6. Finalists must be an alumnus a minimum of 15 years prior to receiving Alumni Achievement Award.
