- We used nearly 30,000 gallons of dispenser milk
last year.
- We served more than 16,000 burgers at the Normandy
and over 27,000 at DS.
- A big upset in the cereal race this year...low fat
granola came in first!
Second place went to Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and Lucky
Charms came in third.
- We sliced and ate nearly 6,000 pounds of sliced
tomatoes last year.
- Teresa Heinz Kerry would be proud; we used 831 gallons
of ketchup (just for condiment use, not including recipes)
at DS last year.
- Nothing sticks around here: we used over 900 cans
of pan coating (Pam-type spray)
- The 9,290 loaves of white bread we used pales in
comparison to the 15,000+ dozen white hamburger buns
used.
- Favorite veggie? Super-sweet whole kernel corn,
hands down. We served over 8,000 pounds of it last year.
- We used nearly 3,000 pounds of bulk butter last
year; this is the butter that is used only in
recipes (not for spreading on toast, etc).
- Did you have a salad last year? We ate nearly 10,000
pounds of salad bar lettuce mix.
