How to Use NetNutrition


The home screen allows you to pick the dietary and nutrition goals that best fit your needs, and to pick the location you will be visiting.
  1. Choose your nutritional goal based on the Recommended Dietary Allowances, a 2000 calorie diet, or the appropriate age and gender.
  2. Pick the dining location for which you will be eating. It will direct you  to the menus for that venue.
The next screen allows you to view the menu for the week so you can plan ahead to make wise, healthy choices.
  1. Choose a date and meal. This selection allows you to view the various menu items being served at the meal you have selected.
This screen allows you to choose which items you will be taking and the quantity of those items.
  1. Check the menu item(s) you want analyzed.
  2. Note the standard serving size provided.
  3. Choose the appropriate number of servings in the drop down menu. NetNutrition will provide analysis based on the number of servings you choose.
  4. The "Nutrition Information" button submits your choices and provides the Nutritional Analysis of your meal.
The final page is the Nutritional Analysis page. This is where you can view the nutritional values for your meal, and print them for quick reference.
  • This report provides nutritional content of each menu item you have chosen.
  • The nutrition summary provides nutrition information for all the menu items combined. It also includes the totals with the chosen goal.
  • Overall analysis of meal includes:
    • Calories
    • Fat
    • Protein
    • Carbohydrates
    • Sodium
