We strive to find a mix of staff members.  Rather than just hiring the best current college debaters in the country we focus on finding individuals who know the students, the coaches who send us students and the skills that are key to success in debate.  We try and get college competitors and coaches; high school coaches and people who are focused on educating you and developing your skills.  Take a lot at our past staff's accomplishments to see what we generally look for.
