The German Deparment's many on-campus programs have been designed with a genuine concern for students individual interests. All programs and activities are student initiated and have active participation. Students in the German Club travel to cultural events in the region or create their own at home. With a chapter of Delta Phi Alpha, the German National Honorary Society, the department recognizes the high quality of our students' academic achievements and commitment to German language and culture. The Max Kade Deutsches Haus, the German-language residence hall, offers students a unique opportunity for linguistic and cultural immersion. The CLV German Language Village, Waldsee is always looking for students to work as staff both during the regular school year and the summer.
