What is it?

How is it used?

• Supervisors may refer or utilize seminars
• Individuals may access the program with complete confidentiality

How do I access the program?

• Tell them you have an EAP with Concordia College, Moorhead.
• The staff will take it from there... That's it!

Contact with the diagnostician will take place in a neutral setting outside of the work area. This initial contact with the diagnostician will be free of charge to the staff of Concordia College and their family members.
