Dental Insurance 

Dental Insurance Benefits:

Employees working one-half time (at least 1000 hours/year) or more are eligible to participate in the dental insurance plan, effective the first day of the month following employment. 

You may select either single coverage or a family plan, which includes coverage for your spouse and dependent children. A rate schedule is available from the Office of Human Resources. The employee pays the total premium, based on the plan chosen.

It is your responsibility to immediately notify the College in writing if your family status changes, due to divorce or legal separation, death of your spouse or dependent, or if a dependent ceases to meet the definition of a "dependent child" under your dental plan. If you take this action, it protects continuation rights for your spouse and/or dependents.
