Title of article/book capitalize only the first letter of the first word, but also the first letter of the first word after a colon (:).
Abbreviate and italicize all journal articles.

Articles on the Web.

Format to cite sources within paper (Med. Sci. Sports Exerc. American College of Sports Medicine.) Cite in paper as number(s) within parentheses after sentence but before period. Refer to Nigg, 1995 for example.
