Relay Exchanges

4x200 Meter Relay – all exchanges are blue line to blue line.  No acceleration zone.  Exchange #1 – within the lane – #2 runner can cut anytime after receiving the baton provided they do not interfere with another team.
4x400 Meter & 4x800 Meter Relays – all exchanges are blue line to blue line.  No acceleration zone.

200 Meter & 4x200 Meter Relay = Yellow starting line
400 & 800 Meter & 4x400 Meter Relay = White starting line, 2 turn stagger, green dashed cut line at numbers
    800 Meter run from three-2 lane alleys - alley 1=lanes 1&2; alley 2=lanes 3&4; alley 3=lanes 5&6
4x800 Meter Relay & 1600 Meter (8 laps) & 3200 Meter (16 laps) = white waterfall start
55 Meter Hurdles = Girls (Yellow), Boys (Blue)
