Troubleshooting Log-In Problems

  1. To try again, please close ALL internet browser windows that are currently open.
  2. Open your internet browser and locate the page you wish you open.
  3. Once you have found the page you are navigating to, please log in typing your username and password *exactly* as displayed below.
    (NOTE: username is your Concordia username and password is your password)

Username: ccm\username
Password: ********

Please note: there are no spaces included in
the username, and the slash is a backward slash
(ex. \ ) not a foward slash (ex. / ).
